Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of the GridForce platform.

Last updated: [DATE]

1. About these terms

These terms govern your access to and use of the GridForce website and platform. By registering as an electrician, submitting a crew request as a client, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Registration & accuracy

You must provide accurate, current and complete information — particularly licences, tickets and clearances. Submitting false or misleading credentials may result in removal from the pool and, where relevant, referral to the appropriate authority.

3. Verification & approval

Electrician profiles are created with a status of pending review and do not go live until GridForce has verified the submitted details. GridForce may approve, request further information, or decline any registration at its discretion.

4. Engagements

Work is offered on a casual basis. Accepting a job offer creates an assignment on the terms notified for that assignment. There is no lock-in: either party may decline future work, subject to obligations for assignments already accepted.

5. Conduct & safety

On site, you must comply with all safety requirements, inductions and lawful directions. GridForce may stand down or remove anyone who breaches safety or conduct requirements.

6. Rates & pricing

Client pricing and electrician pay are set out in the quotes and assignment terms provided to each party. Rate and margin information is confidential to GridForce and the relevant party.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GridForce is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable laws.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
