You're taken on as a PAYG employee, not a subbie — so there's no ABN, no invoicing and no BAS. Super and portable long service are paid on top of your hourly rate, your casual loading is already inside it, and the paperwork is ours, not yours.
Paid on top of every hour you work, straight into your own fund — not held back, not part of your rate.
Registered from your first shift, so your years keep counting no matter who you're placed with.
Already inside your rate, in place of annual and sick leave — never below the electrical award.
Overtime, nights and weekends paid at the right loadings, agreed before the shift — not argued about after it.
We're your employer, so our WorkCover and public liability cover you on every site from the first hour.
Tax withheld each pay, no BAS, nothing to lodge. Got your own ABN? It sits alongside — this doesn't touch it.
Weekly on your approved timesheets. You never chase an invoice and you never wait on a builder's payment run.
Bonuses and referrals
We pay you to stay, and to bring good hands with you.
Most labour hire pays you for the hour and forgets you exist. Ours pays you again for sticking around — and again for every sparky you bring.
$500 every 200 hours
It keeps going — every 200 hours, for as long as you keep working with us. Roughly a bonus every four or five full weeks on the tools.
Paid on 200 worked hours, then 400, then 600, and on.
$500 extra at 1,000 hours
A one-off on top of the milestone you hit at the same time — so that one pays $1,000.
Once, at 1,000 worked hours.
$600 for every sparky you bring
No cap. If you know good hands, we want them, and we'd rather pay you than a job board.
$100 when the sparky you referred does their first job, then $500 at their first 200 worked hours.
How referrals work. Once you're verified, “Refer a mate” on your dashboard gives you two ways. Share your personal link: copy it, text it, post it. Or type their name and email and we email them the invite ourselves, tied to you. Either way, a sparky who signs up through it is credited to you automatically. No forms, no claiming it later.
Worked hours are the hours on your approved timesheets — signed off on site, the same hours you're paid for. Nothing is paid for signing up, and nothing expires.
