Victoria is in the middle of a once-in-a-generation construction wave — hyperscale data centres, commercial fit-outs and industrial upgrades — all colliding with a structural shortage of licensed electricians. Contractors and PMs need qualified trades at short notice, and they need them to be compliant on day one.
